What's Ben Kaufman's Product Warranty?
All of our beach towels, bath robes and products come with a 14-Day Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee. For product warranty just send us your original order information, an email with some pictures to address the problem, or a defect covered under warranty. Print out the return label our RMA department will email you. Then ship back your damaged, or defective product to us and we will ship you a brand new product to your door! It's that simple! True Warranty with peace of mind that you can rely on. If it's a product return please allow 3-5 business days for turnaround once returned for your money to clear into your account. Thanks!
*We charge a small return shipping fee of $10 for (buyers remorse) If an item arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost. We charge no restocking fees.

I Just Place an Order, When Will it Ship?
First of all, thank you. Here at Ben Kaufman Sales™ we truly value you! We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, that's why a lot of our products are made with care, always thinking about you the end consumer.
Please allow 1-2 business days for "Ready-to-Ship" orders to be packed & shipped, actual 2-5 days in transit for the order to arrive to your door.
Allow 2-5 business days for "Made-to-Order" or "Personalized" orders to be manufactured for you. Everything made-to-order gets manufactured/customized with love here in the USA by our amazing team of sister companies. Actual shipping time for made-to-order orders is 2-7 business days in transit for order to arrive to your door.
Our team processes your order, gets picked up by our amazing order processing ladies they work on the orders and add their unique magic to them, then everything gets packed with care, and ships out in a cool truck to you! Our processing time sometimes vary depending on the volume of monthly sales or any special holidays. We strive to ship to you as soon as possible, each time and every time. That's the #BenKaufman way
We Offer Three Different Shipping Options:
• FREE Standard Ground Tracked Shipping for all orders** (USPS Standard Ground Shipping)
• First-Class Shipping - Only $5.95 - Includes tracking number, places order ahead of the queue.
• Priority Insured Shipping - Only $11.95 - Includes tracking number, places order ahead of the queue, and includes insurance in case the product is damaged, lost or stolen.
Which payment methods does Ben Kaufman accept?
Ben Kaufman Sales™ currently accepts secure payments by all major Debit | Credit Card companies: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Also, you can always use your Credit Card through PayPal without having to make an account (it's very easy). More payment methods will be added in the near future like Bitcoin, and other types of Cryptocurrencies.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All of our prices are displayed in USD. But depending on the product, we accept currency from more than 200 countries all over the world! Our systems will detect and automatically convert our prices into your own countries.
Do I get a receipt with my order?
Thank you for being part of our family. At Ben Kaufman Sales™ you will always receive an order confirmation email. You will be sent a thank you letter with a receipt for your order after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Ben Kaufman Sales™ Prioritizes every order placed. Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as shipped in our database and you will receive a confirmation email & with tracking information, so when your product information is updated and we issue tracking number you can track your item with ease.
I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our Ben Kaufman Sales™ support team by live chat, or email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within a couple of minutes, hours or 1 business day. *Have in mind that during high season or heavy sales your product might arrive a little delayed. (No need to panic, this is normal)

How often do you restock?
At Ben Kaufman Sales™ We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability. During holidays stock might run out faster even though we make sure we have enough for the season it's still very unpredictable. Any order that's on back order will get processed and upgraded to expedited shipping automatically.
What is your refund policy?
At Ben Kaufman Sales™ If by ANY reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase we will take back the product and give you a full refund no questions asked! If your product arrives damaged or defective (With Proof) we will issue a replacement at no cost to you. All of our products come with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Warranty. If product arrives damaged or defective you have 14 days of receiving the product to open a case and let us know. Then simply send us your order information, some pictures to address the problem, you'll get an RMA, ship damaged product back to us and we will send you a brand new one with free shipping! We will always do our best to help you, your happiness is our priority!
Refunds and Exchanges
To process your refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at support@benkaufmansales.com with an explanation & pictures of the damage or issue, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the product, we will ship you out a replacement or issue a full refund. If by any chance a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item or offer a very similar product.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, Ben Kaufman Sales™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Our Ben Kaufman Sales Team will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for our team to investigate with shipping the service. If after investigation there's proof that the products actually got lost during shipping or stolen in the shipping process we will replace all products or *issue a full refund. (*In very rare cases.) If the customer paid for the upgraded shipping with product insurance we will send you a brand new product replacement right away. Email our team with your order number and some information on what happened to the order/product. Thank you.
