WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Please allow 1-2 business days for "Ready-to-Ship" orders to be packed & shipped, actual 2-5 days in transit for the order to arrive to your door.

Allow 1-3 business days for "Made-to-Order" or "Personalized" orders to be manufactured for you.

Everything made-to-order gets customized with love here in the USA by our amazing team. Actual shipping time for made-to-order orders is 2-5 business days in transit for order to arrive to your door.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

Our towels, beach accessories, and resort wear ship from our production warehouses in Miami, Florida.

WILL ALL MY ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER?

Personalization production ships from the same facility. If your order has multiple large number of items, they may be shipped in different boxes with different shipping labels, they might arrive on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number and we will keep you up to date on their delivery dates.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT MESSAGES?

Yes we do! We include gift messages with orders when you toggle it on checkout or let us know under order notes. Mainly for all made-to-order products.

ANY RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

We strongly recommend washing our towels in washing machine using the softest most gentle cycle with cold water only. Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals. Do not wash it with other clothing materials that may pull, cut, or break the towels threats. You can hang to air dry it or machine dry using the lowest amount of heat drying settings.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Since a significant portion of our products are customized, personalized, and made to order we won't be able to offer or accept returns and exchanges unless the received product personalization is wrong or misspelled or it has any manufacturing defects.
