    All of our beach towels, beach accessories, and resort apparel products come with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. But customer needs to reach out and a case needs to be opened 14-Days from the day customer receives the product. For products that arrived damaged or defective just send us your original order information, an email with some pictures to address the problem, or a defect covered under warranty. Print out the return label our RMA department will email you. Then ship back your damaged Ben Kaufman product to us and we will ship you a brand new product to your door! It's that simple! True Warranty with peace of mind that you can rely on. If it's a product return please allow 3-5 business days for turnaround once returned for your money to clear into your account. Thanks! 


    **We charge a small return shipping fee of $10 for (buyers remorse) If an item arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost. We charge no restocking fees.

    www.benkaufmansales.com Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return and refund, you must contact us and open a case 14-Days from receiving your product. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Additional non-returnable items: Personalized Products, Gift Cards

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase found in the email you used to checkout.

     

     

    Refunds (if applicable)


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
