I Just Place an Order, When Will it Ship?

 

First of all, thank you. Here at Ben Kaufman Sales we truly value you! We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, that's why a lot of our products are made with care, always thinking about you the end consumer.

Please allow 1-2 business days for "Ready-to-Ship" orders to be packed & shipped, actual 2-5 days in transit for the order to arrive to your door.

Allow 2-5 business days for "Made-to-Order" or "Personalized" orders to be manufactured for you. Everything made-to-order gets manufactured/customized with love here in the USA by our amazing team of sister companies. Actual shipping time for made-to-order orders is 2-7 business days in transit for order to arrive to your door.

Our team processes your order, gets picked up by our amazing order processing ladies they work on the orders and add their unique magic to them, then everything gets packed with care, and ships out in a cool truck to you! Our processing time sometimes vary depending on the volume of monthly sales or any special holidays. We strive to ship to you as soon as possible, each time and every time. What Shipping Services or Carriers does Ben Kaufman Use?

All U.S orders are shipped via USPSFedEx, or UPS. Shipping times depend on location (city and stated) that are closest to Florida. But we use really fast shipping carriers and services to make sure customers get their orders as soon as possible.

        There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.




        Processing Times

        "Ready to Ship" Orders take 1-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. Our "Made-to Order" orders take 2-5 days to process. They are customized and crafted with care, thought and a timely manner thus why it might take a little longer than usual for orders to arrive.         Do you Ship Worldwide?

        Unfortunately Not right now, but we will soon in the near future! *We do not ship worldwide. We offer all USA customers FREE Domestic Shipping with the option of warranty updates, and as of right now we don't ship out to International Customers. We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way it should be.

        Where can I find my Tracking Number?

        When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll help you solve it. If you need more detailed information, please shoot us an email 24/7 at support@benkaufmansales.com and we'll help you out!

         

         

        Unexpected Delays

        In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as extreme weather events, transportation shipping line issues, and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation, thanks!

         

         

        Can I Cancel My Order?

        You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 4 hours after placing it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@benkaufmansales.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" so we can catch it before it ships! If the order does ship before cancellation, please allow the product to arrive then email us so we can start the return process and you get the right RMA started for your return. 

         

         

        I Have Entered An Incorrect Address

        If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email with "INCORRECT ADDRESS" and give us the correct information before we ship your products. Notify us immediately via email at support@benkaufmansales.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 6 hours from when the order was first placed, the faster the better.

         

         

        My Item Arrived Damaged

        At Ben Kaufman Sales™ we ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, according to our data and customer reports, about 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment or some other type of mishandling of the package on the way to the customer.

        If this happens to you, please contact us at support@benkaufmansales.com with:

         

         

        • Your Order # Number.
        • Picture of the Damaged Product.
        • Detailed Explanation of the Situation.

         

         

        Once received, we'll be happy to look into the matter so we can determine if we should send out another product as a replacement or issue a partial or full refund instead. 

         

        All manufacturing defects will be completely and happily replaced. Other issues like shipping damage will have to go through our claims department so more information can be obtained to determine the solution.

         

        All Insured Orders get automatic no questions asked, order replacement after our team receives the original damaged product.
