If you just received a shipment notification please allow 2 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update. Your Ben Kaufman Sales™ product is being picked up by one of our amazing team members, they are carefully taking it to the shipping and packing department, before it gets packed we give it another quality control test to make sure everything is looking just as it should, then bam!! When will I get my order?

We proudly offer FREE USPS Standard Ground USA Shipping. But also offer faster, and insured paid shipping methods. "Ready-to-Ship" products should only take around 2-5 days to arrive as they are all shipped within USA.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your "Made-to-Order" orders before dispatching them, this is from customizing your product to even creating it and then getting it shipped to your door.

Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your state, country or region, estimated delivery time via tracking will be emailed to you.
