WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
For made to order blankets it currently takes about 3 - 6 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Upon receiving an order, our designers will work on the design within 24 hours and we'll send the design file(s) to be printed by our production partners. Estimated shipping time for woven blanket: 5 - 10+ business days.

Our woven blankets and products will be shipped from our production warehouses in New York and Miami, USA
WILL ALL MY ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER?
Production printing facilities vary between items. Blankets are not printed at the same facility as bedding or wall art. If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from different printing facilities and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number and we will keep you up to date on their delivery dates.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT MESSAGES?
Since we don't produce and print the most of our products ourselves, unfortunately we can't include any gift messages with your order. We're working closely with our manufacturing partner to make it happen in the near future but we can't include any gift messages as of yet. Unless the product is ready to ship and otherwise stated on the product listing.
ANY RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We strongly recommend washing our blankets in washing machine using the softest most gentle cycle with cold water only. Do not wash it with other clothing materials that may pull, cut, or break the blanket woven threats. You can hang air dry it or machine dry using the least amount of heat drying settings.
WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Since a significant portion of our products are customized, personalized, and made to order we won't be able to offer or accept returns and exchanges unless the received product doesn't meet your expectations or it has any manufacturing defects.
